Dry Ice Containers
Dry ice sublimes rather fast when it is not stored adequately. In general, the CO2-snow melts even faster than common ice, even in a freezer dry ice sublimes about 10% of its mass in 24 hours, which makes it most reasonable to take precautions to ensure an optimal storing. In order to provide a longer durability and high-quality we only use dry-ice-containers of differing sizes that were developed and produced by dry ice specialists. If you have any questions about further details, please do not hesitate to ask – we will be delighted to give you our most profound advice.
OKNAL’s insulated containers were produced on the basis of profound experiences. The boxes are made of monoblock-glass fibre-polyester which was moulded during rotation system and thereby, we were able to ensure excellent quality. All attachments such as hinges, tension locks or transport handles are embedded to the box and permanently connected to the GFK-disks- consequently, you can rely on its high resilience. In order to withstand the enormous exposure due to frequent un- and uploading, OKNAL’s dry-ice insulated containers are covered with metal and equipped with stands. The container’s high quality ensures and guarantees a continuous cold chain, even when transporting temperature-sensitive products and materials.
